The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Walk down to the Patchogue Beach Club and enjoy the pool and beach. This open-concept home has 2 bedrooms, one bath, a remodeled bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a butcher block countertop with natural lighting that will brighten the home.

Welcome to our luxurious one bedroom apartment with private entrance, combination eat in kitchen and lounge area with lots of modern amenities. The spacious suite has a comfortable pillow top king size bed to ensure an amazing night rest, en-suite with standing shower, floor to ceiling mirrors, workstation with high-speed Wi-Fi and two 50-inch smart televisions. This quiet family friendly retreat has shared outdoor spaces, hot tub, pool and is centrally located with lots of bonuses.
