This peaceful and centrally-located space is nestled among a century old oak tree and a redwood in the downtown area of charming Woodland. Only 14 minutes from Sacramento International Airport and 4 blocks from Woodland's Main street coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. Our approximately 500 sq. ft. fully furnished studio is just a short drive from the UC Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
