A Room In The Park

A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

THE BRICKMAKER'S RETREAT- Large & Cosy Safari Tent

Our large safari tent is more like a lodge as it has a raised wooden floor, large windows and a woodburning stove inside. The retreat is close to 3 beaches and walking distance from Holkham Hall. It is on a Wild Campsite so you'll get close to nature and experience a forgotten Norfolk Brickyard. You’ll love the seclusion, the peace and quiet and the rest of the campsite. The Brickmaker's Retreat is a beautiful place for couples, small families with 2 kids or great for a group of 4 friends.

We are delighted to present 9 Princess Drive, Hunstanton, PE36 5JG . A detached pleasant Bungalow with a sea view ,10-15 minute walk to Promenade ,Town centre and Supermarket. The property consists of lounge/diner , fully equipped kitchen , two bedrooms and bathroom. Secure private garden, off road parking for two cars and garage storage facility ( for cyclists, all types of surfing , golfers etc ). Full gas fired central heating, Wi-Fi , 43" smart TV , telephone landline.

Little Barn, Ringstead, Norfolk

Little Barn - a converted barn in Ringstead, an attractive village three miles from Hunstanton and the North Norfolk coast, ideal for family days out on the beach and great water sports. Sandringham and other historic houses are close by as are RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham. The village has a great local shop and the Gin Trap, our village pub is within a short walk - a must for gin and foodie lovers alike. The village is on the Peddars Way - a walkers paradise.

Home Lea Cottage, Docking, Norfolk

Home Lea is a quirky brick and flint cottage located on a quiet lane in the village of Docking. 10 minutes drive from Brancaster beach and the village of Burnham Market and a short drive from the beaches of Holkham and Wells-Next-the -Sea. Perfect location for exploring North Norfolk, families, walking and bird-watching. Free unlimited WiFi, small courtyard,log burner for cosy weekends in the winter. Minimum stay varies. The bathroom and toilet are downstairs

2 Coastguards

Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, recently restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - videos and toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.

Fabulous coastal studio house on beautiful North Norfolk coast. Walking distance to Wells next the Sea with its harbour and long sandy beaches, where you can often see seals. Juliet balcony, own private garden and parking on drive. Sleeps 2 adults + child/baby. Great sea/country views. Enjoy our huge, wonderful starry skies. Please note living room and kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and bedroom is upstairs.

Oak clad self catering annex

Our annex sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There is a kitchen but no lounge. There is a tv and a sofa in each bedroom. There is cot on the landing. There is a outside eating area with table and chairs. There is a BBQ and stunning views. There is a large garden which we share with you.
