Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

There is a terrace area with outside table and chairs, enjoying gorgeous open rural views Dogs under supervision at all times 🙏

A brand new luxury eco-lodge which is situated just outside the village of Docking. It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Nearby villages include Brancaster, Burnham Market, Thornham and Holme-next-the-Sea, all of which are within a four to seven mile drive of The cottage.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.

Naturally Norfolk are small independent holiday property owners who offer simple, accommodation at a sensible price.
