Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

There is a terrace area with outside table and chairs, enjoying gorgeous open rural views Dogs under supervision at all times 🙏

It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. Wildlife enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice, with RSPB Titchwell Marsh and Snettisham close by. Visit The Maltings at Wells-next-the-Sea to enjoy cinema, live music and drama performances. Fine dining can be found in nearby Burnham Market and many local pubs. Shoppers will enjoy the independent boutiques scattered along the coast. A visit to the Heacham Lavender is a must.
