The Yellow Cottage, Doolin

Yellow Cottage dates back to the late 1800s and was originally built for the family who worked the surrounding fields. The cottage has been restored to keep much of the original character, complemented by carefully selected period pieces to maintain its authentic charm. It is a short drive from Doolin village and the famous music pubs. The Cottage has a lovely outdoor space surrounded by a rock garden and has views across Doolin village, the Cliffs of Moher and the Atlantic Coast.

This cottage is located in a quiet area in the countryside. The cottage itself is situated at the back of the family home and it has beautiful views of Doolin, the Cliffs of Moher and the Atlantic Ocean on the Wild Atlantic Way. We are approximately 15 minutes drive to the Cliffs of Moher and 7 minutes drive (4.2km) to Doolin village. The town of Lisdoonvarna is nearby. And the beeches of Fanore and Lahinch are about a 15 minute drive away.

This is a unique space, tastefully decorated, cozy and relaxing, a little haven, on a mature site, surrounded by lovely gardens. Our house is warm cosy and bright, a recently renovated farm cottage with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There are some lovely outdoor seating areas and ample parking at the house. Wifi is installed. The house is close to the village of Doolin with its Pubs & music, and also close to the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher & the Wild Atlantic Way. Our house is adjacent to a working farmyard.
