Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

The perfect getaway at Lake Blackshear! Our home is located just south of 27 bridge where the Flint River widens to become Lake Blackshear. There is a boat slip on site and a newly installed jet ski ramp. The entire space has been recently renovated and beautifically decorated for your perfect stay! We have recently installed a boat slip on the property. Our home is smoke free and pet free. Whoever leases the space has to be one of the guests.

Take it easy in this rustic, tranquil, private lakeside cabin getaway. Close to I-75, Lake Blackshear, and Georgia National Fairgrounds. The Either Oar cabin is at the end of the dirt road and is a great spot to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate.
