We are located minutes from the shores of beautiful Lake Weyba where we are immersed in nature. Our property is located in a quiet acreage pocket of Peregian Beach. If you are seeking coastal luxury, tranquility and beautiful surroundings, The Breezeway Retreat is for you. We have curated a very special property for our guests to ensure a home away from home.

Sunshine Coast Rural Retreat, 180 Coastal Views

This home is in a secluded, elevated location with breathtaking views and only a short drive to the best Sunshine Coast beaches. Surrounded by nature and trees it will take you only moments to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen and living areas look over the large deck and to the pool. There are two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor firepit to enjoy during the cooler months, perfect to relax by with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are well appointed with a homely feel and comfortable beds.

This two-level home is light filled and fully air-conditioned and features unlimited WiFi, a large TV, and access to a resort-style swimming pool just metres away. All linen and beach towels are provided, making it an ideal Noosa family holiday retreat.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Bird Song Valley is just 1klm from the heart of the beautiful hinterland town of Montville on the Sunshine Coast. So close to everything that Montville has to offer but with the seclusion and peace and quiet so many of us desire. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a group up to 6 people, Bird Song Valley has something for everyone. Note base rate is for 2 guests only twin share. Please note there is no lift on property. Only Stairs access

Freespirit is an eco hideaway hidden amidst the beautiful Mapleton National Park; a romantic and peaceful retreat where couples feel at one with nature. This nature inspired Eco house is designed to bring the outside in. Everything here is natural so escape and embrace the simplicity of life. Surrender to the tranquility and beauty of nature and relax. Freespirit Eco Hideaway is unfortunately not suitable for children.
