Magnificent ocean view

Three level villa located in the Dorado del Mar residential area. It is near the ocean with direct access to the beach. It is a very quiet gated community. It has two pools, one of the pool for children. There is a gym and a children playground for the guests. The villa is a three level walkup apartment. There are three rooms, all with a private bathroom. There is an additional bathroom in the living room/dining room area. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living/dining area.

The complex has a pool and direct access to two different beaches (see pictures). There is also a beautiful reef beach right in front of the villa that is great for snorkeling (only on calm days and with water shoes) and offshore surfing. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants and beachfront bars.

This property was recently retaken from manager, is hosted by Margarita but managed by myself as owner. We constantly purchase quality new equipment such as sleeper sofas with comfy mattress and desk for remote working. You will love the best view in the whole hotel complex which is the ONLY reason I purchased before construction. Two bedrooms, five beds, for 9 guests plus 2 full bathrooms, Jacuzzi and hotel amenities like a pool and private beach. Unit is always in high demand.

Thank you for considering our villa for your vacation! The property is located in Dorado del Mar, in Villas de Playa II. We are Puertorricans living in Atlanta, and our goal is to offer the comfort and tranquility we look for when we are on vacation. The villa was remodeled and designed with relaxation in mind. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a terrace for enjoying the outdoors and a balcony. The community pool is just 1 minute away, and the beach is about 3 minutes away.
