Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Taylour House - Historic, unique, yet modern

Welcome to our historic 'hidden gem' Taylour House built in 1468 for the Lord Mayor of London. Quiet yet town centre location with local amenities on your doorstep. Nestled within the High Weald National Landscape, Coldharbour Farmhouse is a 17th C thatched cottage perfect for friends and family to gather, feast and relax. Inside, enjoy cracking fires and vintage finds. Outside, walk straight from the doorstep onto our beautiful estate, Standinghall. You will have the whole house and large garden to yourself with ample parking in the drive. Located 35 miles from central London, 10 minutes from Gatwick. Turners Hill village is a 2 min drive away.

Located within a leafy residential cul-de-sac close to Leatherhead train station which provides direct links to London Waterloo and the Underground Network. Just 5 minutes from junction 9 of the M25 with London Gatwick and London Heathrow airports both being 30 minutes drive from the property. Fetcham Village offers a number of small shops and Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants. There are a number of attractions close by to suit families, couples and individuals.

A luxurious, comfortable cabin under a mature oak tree at the bottom of a country garden. Wake up to wildlife on the terrace, watch the sunset by the fire, and fall asleep under star filled skies. Enjoy the BBQ or walk across the road to the cosy pub with fantastic food. Perfect for a romantic stay for two, or up to four guests with the very comfortable sofa bed.
