Spend some time in our new croft apartment on the shore of beautiful Loch Migdale. Go touring, walking, bird-watching, mountain-biking, cycling, kayaking, paddle boarding or fishing in the day then relax on the decking in the evening. With plenty of attractions nearby you can enjoy the best of Sutherland and the North Coast 500 from this quiet, but well connected, location. A variety of dining options are available locally or simply provide for yourselves in the well equipped kitchen area.

Cosy little cottage with woodburner stove, king size bed, Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows. On the edge of the Anagach Woods with its many walking trails. 10 minutes to the River Spey. We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Thistledown is a one bedroom spacious and modern holiday home for 2 set in the beautiful rural location of Strathnairn. Surrounded by countryside it has stunning views of the Monadhliath Mountains but just a 15 minute car ride from the city of Inverness, perfect for a peaceful break. This cosy Highland cottage on the Black Isle, 1 mile off the NC500 route, is newly refurbished on the Redcastle estate. The walks and views are breathtaking and a mere 10 minute drive from Inverness and Beauly. The Redcastle ruin itself is steeped in history and this area makes an idyllic location for a relaxing few days away from it all. This charming cottage is comfortable, warm and tastefully furnished. It comes highly recommended! Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement with Katie.

Willow Cottage is a quaint old cottage in a quiet courtyard in the centre of Inverness which has been carefully renovated to provide bright, welcoming accommodation for up to 4 guests. The Scandi style open plan living room/kitchen has a white oiled wooden floor and wood burning stove. There is a shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. In the small garden there is a patio for outside dining and a parking space for one car in the shared courtyard.

Knockanbuie is a quiet, cosy holiday cottage in rural Nairnshire, with beautiful open views from every window. It was refurbished recently and has underfloor heating and a woodburning stove in the sitting room. It is a perfect place for family and friends to relax. The cottage and garden are for your use, there is a large area of lawn and grass all around the cottage. An ideal location for exploring the rich history of Scotland and to enjoy nature with lochs, beaches, forests and rivers nearby.

A cosy mid-terraced fishermans cottage, now with a wood burner, located only 1 minute walking distance to the gorgeous Shandwick beach. Ideal for a peaceful seaside holiday retreat. Shandwick is one of three small coastal communities that along with Balintore and Hilton that make up the seaboard villages. Logs: we provide a bag of logs for each stay per week.If you require extra logs, I can provide contact details of logs providers locally. Well behaved (not too large) dogs also welcome.

Located just 15 minutes from Inverness airport.

The Castle Byre

The 'Byre' is a luxury self catering cottage within a former barn at historic Parkhead Farm. It sits just 200m from the ruins of Auchindoun Castle and has unsurpassed views to the castle on the hill. Being of contemporary open plan design, it retains the traditional look of the original barn interior with large exposed roof trusses and natural stonework. Underfloor heating provides discrete background warmth and there is a modern wood burning stove to give an enhanced level of cosiness.

In Sutherland you can enjoy fantastic beaches, distilleries, castles, golf courses, and much more.
