Sleepy Bear Chalet is an upscale getaway. Located in the highly desirable vacation community of Lakemont Pines. Lakemont Pines is unique as it provides a private lake(10 min walk ),offers a sandy beach, roped off swimming area, paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats, floating tubes of all shapes, sand toys, snack shack, and games/ activities. During summer month, HOA requires daily lake access fee $8 for each guest ( 3 and under are free). Guest will pay the fee to HOA directly at the lake.

Easily accessible by paved road, 3 min to Avery, 8 min to Arnold shopping, 12 min to Murphys. Our cabin has a well-equipped kitchen & many restaurants are close by.

The Lazy Z Resort - Four Person Cottage

Studio cottage with double bed and bunk beds, bathroom and kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker). TV & phone.
