We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Work space area, huge plush bathroom, an amazing fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful part of Claremont, close to the river, cafes and the main shopping centre Claremont Quarter. Very quiet and private, you will love your luxury stay here. Street Parking permit available. Very quiet, private, and unique.

One Bedroom, Queen size bed, very comfy. Separate recently renovated Bathroom with Shower, vanity and Toilet, combined living, very comfy lounge, eating area with table. Full kitchen with all utensils. Fully furnished and equipped, 2 Air Con units, one in bedroom and one in living area. Swimming Pool and BBQ, large outdoor area for guests use. The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.
