'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

This apartment is huge with many period features and boasts a massive lounge with log burner and bay window and quite possibly the largest sofa you will ever see. There is a well equipped galley kitchen, separate office area, dining area and 2 further seating areas.
