My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, Girls night outs, and furry friends - with a pet cleaning fee. Vintage Splendor is a beautiful, charming historic home with all today's amenities. We are located in the Village of Douglas and are on The Historic Home Walking Tour. This large home boasts 3 formal bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms and a den that serves as a 4th bedroom. This Victorian home sleeps 10 with 6 beds (Two King, Two Queen, & a pull out Trundle.

Great private space with fenced in yard all within walking distance to downtown . Stroll down to restaurants, bars, shopping. Oval beach has been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a short 5 min drive. Or explore Holland, just a 15 min drive north. Updated stand-alone home and outdoor yard space offers total privacy for guests to relax and enjoy a perfect getaway. Pet friendly, $55 pet fee when booking with one pet. Please ask about extra pets. A Step Away | The Retreat – Walk to Town Escape

Our neighborhood abuts the Peterson Nature Preserve and is located across the street from the Kalamazoo River. Downtown Saugatuck is a short walk away, and the beaches are an easy drive. Our adjacent one-bedroom guesthouse may also be available if more space is desired. A fence with a gate separates the two homes. Enjoy all the amenities inside and out. “A Step Away” guests receive a discount at our local stores. We’re dog-friendly with prior approval and fee.

Welcome to our charming cottage! This delightful property boasts 2 cozy bedrooms , 1 bathroom and a front porch to enjoy anytime of day. Additionally, we offer a heated/air-conditioned she shed at the back of the property. Outside, you'll discover a fantastic yard space where you can unwind and enjoy the surroundings. We have also recently installed a brand new hot tub! Conveniently located just a short stroll away from downtown Saugatuck.
