Silver Beach 2bd -1 block to downtown State Street

The historic McNeil House is located on State Street just one block from Downtown restaurants, shops, and the Bluff. You won't find a better or more convenient location when visiting this beautiful city! We're offering smaller groups an opportunity to stay in our historic home by renting the main floor that sleeps up to five guests. The upstairs will not be rented during your stay, so you'll have the house to yourself but won't have access to the upstairs. Only available during the off season.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, Girls night outs, and furry friends - with a pet cleaning fee. Vintage Splendor is a beautiful, charming historic home with all today's amenities. We are located in the Village of Douglas and are on The Historic Home Walking Tour. This large home boasts 3 formal bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms and a den that serves as a 4th bedroom. This Victorian home sleeps 10 with 6 beds (Two King, Two Queen, & a pull out Trundle.

Stroll to the restaurants, bars , shopping and all that Saugatuck has to offer. Oval beach as been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a 5 min drive. Or, walk to the chain ferry and hike down to the beach. Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north. Several wineries just outside of the city. The Owl Cottage

The Owl cottage is a one bedroom/one bath cottage with one king and one queen bed in the bedroom. This is a private cottage and is next to (2) other vacation cottages. When renting our entire property we can host up to 18. Our property is on a well traveled street that leads directly to the Lake Michigan public beaches. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, downtown, parks and we have a coffee shop across the street! Option to add the other (2) cottages for additional guests.
