When you stay at this centrally-located home you are a short 5 min walk to the beach and downtown. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Views of the river and boat traffic. Plenty of room for family and friends. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Updated kitchen and baths. Outside you have a nice seating area, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. Downtown is less than a mile walk or drive or bike. This newer house with a walk-out basement, rec room with foosball, Pacman, fireplace, firepit, and smart TV (streaming channels only!)), has been recently redecorated.
