The home is 30-60 miles from Bangor, Millinocket and the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. This tiny home offers many recreational activities in a relaxing setting.

Our property is within a walk to downtown and close to both local hospitals for those wanting to travel and work.

Outskirts of Orono, space has an upstairs sleeping loft, with a low-ish ceiling and very comfy bed. The bathroom has a shower, the kitchen has a hot plate, microwave/convection, ‘fridge, and there is a large main room downstairs. Windows everywhere, and an AC unit in summer. Less than 20 minutes walk to restaurants, Ampersand’s grocery, and hiking. UMaine is our chief attraction but we are 20 min drive from the Bangor Waterfront. Arrive at 3 pm and leave at 10 am, but we are flexible.
