Cozy, Clean Home 2 Blocks to Downtown!

This charming home is clean & centrally located; 1/2 mile to City Beach, 1 block to Evans Bros coffee & dining, 2 blocks to downtown Sandpoint, 3.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Enjoy privacy in this spacious lodge in the woods nestled on a 6 acre parcel. Guests will enjoy the comforts of home within a rustic setting among the pines. 15 minute drive to Sandpoint, and 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Ski Resort. Plenty of space for family in a tranquil setting with outdoor fire pit, large lawn, and plenty of outdoor deck space with a barbeque. Quiet, peaceful, and close to all the area's recreational activities. A great place for family and friends to enjoy.

Sunlight streams through many windows in this clean, comfortable, 4/5 bedroom plus private loft 3 bath home that is perfect for family vacations. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a 4th "bedroom" (loft space separated by a privacy curtain.) A 5th Bedroom and full bathroom above the detached garage that is available for an additional cost of $125.00 per night. Quality linens, dishes, furnishings and supplies abound, there are no hand me downs in this well stocked cottage!

Our Little Hideaway is only five minutes from Sandpoint, yet very private. The original, rustic homestead has been updated to make it cozy, clean and comfortable. It's your chance to get in touch with nature and enjoy the peace the Little House offers. Outside you will enjoy relaxing under the old growth fir trees with views of Lake Pend Oreille. Deer, wild turkeys, eagles and wildlife will keep you company. We offer a 15% discount for week or longer stays.

Cozy Country with RV Space - 10 min to Silverwood

Our shop apartment conversion boasts 1,000 square feet of private living space - a standalone building on a residential country property with landscaped yard and additional acreage. The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds, and a loft accessed by stair that sleeps 3. Access to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back. RV or Tent camping space also available.

Colburn Woods Carriage House

Recently renovated carriage house on 20 acres. Quiet living in the country! Surrounded by trees, deer, and other wildlife. Small yard and garage parking, as well as space for additional parking (trailer, boat, etc). Full kitchen with gas range and basic amenities. We are 20 minutes north of Sandpoint; 30 minutes to Schweitzer; 45 minutes to Silverwood.

A SMALL YURT TUCKED IN THE WOODS

You will be staying in our Guest 14ft Yurt located on 13 acres of birch groves. Our location is about 20 minutes to the base of Schweitzer and town. The Guest Yurt comes complete with queen bed, two burner stove, small fridge, desk, and wood fire. Bring your slippers! Winter time conditions could require 4 wheel drive or AWD when the snow is present.
