Guests have free access to bar/restaurant/ man-made beach, leisure complex, including swimming pool and gym, childrens play area and fishing lake. Additionally a health spa and outdoor water activities can be booked separately with the resort. Open spaces for cycling, running and walking. Short drive to EdenProject, Camel Trail and 7 wonderful bays.

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car or 2 on request. It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required 19.7 - 30.8.25. Any questions, please just ask me. NO PETS
