The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

River boat - peaceful location.

Misty is a 57ft narrowboat moored without neighbours, on the quiet Little Ouse River. Your stay here offers peace and quiet , with close up views of the natural surroundings and local wildlife, such as Kingfishers, Egrets and Otters. The perfect location to get away from life's hustle and bustle, a chance to relax and unwind. The sun rises over the bow and no street lights means great views of the night sky and the milky way can often be seen, as bats swoop overhead. A little slice of heaven.

Dating from the 18th century it is to be found in the historic Fenland village of Upwell, Norfolk in a quiet, private secluded spot overlooking open fields to the rear. The cottage offers comfortable accommodation for up to five guests. Upwell has pubs, convenience stores, butchers, take-aways and roadside veg stalls. It is the perfect base for trips both inland and coastal in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk or further afield.

Delightful secluded shepherds hut.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Hand built on the farm this hut is situated in a beautiful and peaceful spot. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.

This fully refurbished self contained studio apartment has its own private entrance with off road private parking. Located central to town in a quite cul-de-sac. Downham Market has lots to offer visitors including many independent coffee shops, shops and restaurants also Wetherspoons (The Whalebone), Greggs and Subway all within a 5 minute walk. The town has market day every Friday & Saturday. We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Escape to a cosy Shepherd’s Hut in a peaceful West Norfolk village, set beside a private lake and the River Wissey. Eco-designed and solar powered, it stays cool in summer and warm in winter with a diesel heater. Inside is a double bed, TV and kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwave and breakfast essentials. A private shower block is nearby. Outside, relax in the fenced garden, enjoy sunsets, wildlife, river walks and the nearby Bluebell pub.

3 bedroom house, (2 king size & 1 single) with large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. All bed linen provided. 1 bathroom with a 'L' shape bath with shower over, basin and toilet, & 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Towels and hand soap included. Coffee, tea & milk for your first few cuppas. Two free carparks are within one minute walk. We can possibly cater for motorcycles and cycles in our gated courtyard behind.
