Perfect for families or groups of friends, our house has a great front porch swing, pool table, back yard with fire pit, grill and room to play.

Although this newly-renovated mid-century home feels eons away from the real world -- as it is perched atop a beautiful mountain with breathtaking sunset views -- it is only about 4 mi/15 minutes away from Downtown Asheville! New mattresses plus quality furniture and fireplace fill the space, and we have fully-stocked the kitchen. The best feature is the deck. We can host up to 8 guests, with 3 beds/bedrooms and 1 sleeper sofa; 2 full baths. We have 2 family rooms — one upstairs and one down.

Enjoy slow pace

This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .
