Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Our carriage house is a 15 minute walk to the heart of Normaltown and 30 minute walk to downtown Athens. Enjoy the coffee shops, casual restaurants & the best bars in town! -It's a quick ride to downtown—2 mi. to the Arch and 2.5 to Sanford Stadium. Enjoy our quiet, friendly neighborhood with the convenience of being close to UGA! -Features a private bedroom w/ king-sized bed and a living room w/ a queen-sized sofa bed. 2 parking spots on site! -There are 2 Roku TVs, no cable services.

Classic City Carriage- Amazing Location 1BR-1BA

Located in one of Athens' most charming, historic, and walkable neighborhoods, this newly built apartment is perfect for exploring the heart of the Classic City. A three-quarter mile walk takes you to downtown, stop at Creature Comforts, any of our amazing restaurants, or one of our many local coffee shops. On game day, just head through the Arch, past the victory bell, through the quad, where you land "between the hedges" at Sanford Stadium! And a stones throw from the Taylor Grady House.

The "little house" is within walking distance to downtown Athens (1 mile), UGA Arch (1.1 miles) and Sanford Stadium (1.5 miles)~the Bottleworks, Normaltown, the Boulevard neighborhood, popular restaurants, the Daily grocery, coffee shops, a wine bar, and music venues are all convenient to the guest house and a big part of what make Athens such a special place to be.

Horror Movie Hideout - Walk to Downtown!

A fun horror film themed private suite located in the Newtown neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown / bars and restaurants. Complete with photo worthy hearse available for pictures, this is a perfect spot for October or year round horror fans! It's a small place, but very cozy! DISCLAIMER: there is a lot of HORROR MOVIE imagery here. It is not suitable for young kids or adults who can’t handle horror imagery (I can’t believe I have to write this😹)
