Fabulous South Lamar Condominium with Luxury Touches

Look no further, you have found what you are looking for! Be close to everything great in Austin and relax in a stylish comfortable condo that has everything you need. You will love the open concept Living Room! The floor-plan is a great use of space for relaxing and watching the wall mounted 50" TV on the sofa bed couch, dining in the dining area on a modern Tulip table, or cooking in the feature and appliance complete kitchen. The bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillow set, and has a nice window for natural light and a wall mirror on the other side. There are two bed side tables with lamps that are great for night time reading. There is a large walk in closet that is a great space for storing luggage, and also has hangers for hanging clothes, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment. The bathroom is nicely finished out with tile floors, and granite tile vanity counter tops and features a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. The entire unit has no carpet and is floored with a great wood grain laminate or tile. This unit is on the second floor and close to the parking lot and street so its very easy to get in and out of. Guests get one reserved parking spot and there is also parking available on the street. Have a great night's sleep with a comfortable mattress! The entire condo unit is available for guests. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything during your stay! South Lamar is a 10-minute car ride from downtown and Barton Springs, yet tucked away in a residential area. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are a walk away, while a short drive to South Congress delivers great shopping and buzzing nightlife. However you want to get around in Austin you are covered. There are plenty of great things to drive, bike, or walk to. There are multiple bus stops 10 to 20 minutes walk away. Taxi, uber and lyft will be great options for getting around as well. If you do rent a car, there is a reserved parking spot and also plenty of parking on the street. From Bergstrom Airport a taxi will cost between $23 and $33 depending on traffic. This unit is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out! If other listings are not charging a cleaning fee, then they are cleaning it themselves or not at all! Our cleaning fee is worth every penny!

Comfy Clarksville Condo Near Nightlife

Hideaway in a pocket of W 6th. This newly renovated condo (with a large furnished patio) is just steps away from restaurants, shopping, bars, and nightlife. Explore Austin on foot or by bike, but enjoy quiet seclusion when you need to escape the excitement. I have created a comprehensive house manual that describes how to get keys, parking, wifi, etc... You will gain access to the manual, in Airbnb, upon booking confirmation. Be sure to check it out, to make your stay as smooth as possible.

Welcome to our newly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Castle Hill's Historic District! Our private studio apartment is located in our backyard, separated by a fence with private guest parking in front. We are located a few blocks from 6th and Lamar and just up the street from Clark's Oyster Bar, Rosie's, Swedish Hill, and Pecan Square. Modern upstairs garage apartment! Located 6 miles from downtown, 5 miles from UT, 8 miles from the airport, 2 miles from shops, restaurants, parks, and more at Mueller. We highly recommend checking out Hanks, which is less than a mile away for good food and drinks! This apartment doesn’t share any walls with the main house and has its own entrance.
