This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. Our 3 bedroom listing has an additional guest fee after the first 2 guests on the reservation. This fee covers the additional housekeeping of bedrooms, linens, and towels needed for larger groups.
