This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

The loft is located directly beside Subway entrance on Market Square. The weekly Farmer's Market outside the door and live music from local and national artist is inclusive to all tastes. The gallery loft's aesthetic was grown to make it a comfortable destination spot that encourages creativity and cultivates life long memories for our guests.
