The kitchen features soapstone counters and a reclaimed-wood island. Private bedroom includes a California king, walk-in closet, hickory hardwood floors, ceiling fan, and an individual thermostat for the second floor to keep you comfortable. Enjoy the high-end finishes of our spa-like carrara marble bathroom that features a rain shower head and bench. The living room boasts a Joybird sofa with a pull out queen sized, memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, soapstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a reclaimed wood island with seating. Ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool during hot summers. I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. Take a 2-block stroll to burgers, breweries, sushi, gelato, gourmet coffee and tea, and even a speakeasy. Children will love the on-site playground at The Friendly Spot.
