Great basement apartment. High ceiling and nice big rooms. One bedroom is small but has new queen bed. Really cozy. Quartz countertops and stainless appliances, smart TVs in each large bedroom. New washer and dryer. This is a historic home so sounds and smells travel. Please be respectful of quiet hours and no cooking after 8 pm. You’d be surprised at how fast burnt popcorn smells travel. I know , I was!
