Sweet Lil Blue is a modest, cute and cozy partially above ground basement apartment. The house is over 100 years old so expect character creaks and cracks! It offers clean linens, towels and toiletries as well as coffee and tea and basics for your stay. The ceilings are only about 7ft high so that’s a fair warning for tall people! Located on the ‘cusp’ of the East end and Downtown, it’s on a bus route and is walking distance to all major amenities, walking trails and only 9 min from the airport.

I bought this house for its excellent location. Churchill square is literally adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'.
