It has two bedrooms with 2 double beds. In living room there is a sofa bed. It has a very well equipped kitchen, and a dining table with six chairs.The bathroom is equipped with a shower,washing machine, fan.Appartment has a beautiful terrace (15 m2). In addition, a Satelite TV, free WiFi, Air-condition and one private parking place.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartman Adria LiLa je udaljen 3 km od centra Crikvenice. Opremljen je sa ciljem da zadovolji potrebe modernog gosta (Wi-fi, Sat TV). Smješten je u stambenoj zgradi u koju se ulazi sa sjeverne strane pa je ulaz praktički u razini stana koji je na 3. katu. Sa balkona-loggie pruža se lijep pogled na more, prostor gdje možete boraviti tokom dana. Spavača soba ima prostrani krevet, garderobni ormar i trosjed. U dnevnom boravku sofa se pretvara u ležaj za dvoje. Parkirno mjesto je ispred zgrade.

My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and the airport (15km). You’ll love my place because of the views, the people, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). My place is located 900m from the beach and town center and it is very easy to find. Shopping center (Lidl, Konzum) is also 500m from the house and center of Crikvenica is about 3km.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
