Our apartments are all with a beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor and surrounding mountains, a unique combination of mountains and the sea provides an unbelieable sense of enjoyment..

This modern, spacious, bright and cosy apartment lies on the ground floor of the traditional stone house in the most desirable part of the town known as Ploce. A garden of orange trees and a private terrace with dining, lounge and sunbed area, provide breathtaking views overlooking the Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.
