Full size kitchen (stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker & kettle) & bathroom (shower only). 32 inch TV with a Firestick, there is no cable. There is WIFI. Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Heated in the winter with propane

Located on the shipping channel you will often see freighters traveling both ways while you sit at the shore. Situated on a quiet, dead-end road with very little traffic but with neighbours nearby.

And don’t be surprised by the number of freighters that you will see cruise by. There are beautiful water views from both inside and out.

Dockside is an amazing waterfront home on the North side of the Island! With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, Dockside accommodates up to 6 people. Enjoy stunning views of Sturgeon Bay from the unique crescent-shaped window in the kitchen and the large bay window in the living room. Dockside has been recently remodeled and fully furnished.
