Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast is provided. Very private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a very well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Welcome to the Seascape! The perfect getaway on the Bellarine Peninsula is ready to make you feel at home. Located in a quiet residential area at only two minutes walk from the water, the Seascape is the ideal place where you can relax and stay overnight to recharge your batteries and be ready for more exploring adventures in this lovely corner of the world. The apartment is on the ground floor and with a completely independent entrance from our home upstairs, where I live with my husband.

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
