Our 3 BR 2 ½ BA beach cottage located in KDH, just 750’ from beach access, is perfect for the multi-generation family vacation, or for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Whether you start your day with a short 5-minute walk for a famous OBX oceanfront sunrise, or finish your evening in our 7-person hot tub, you will not be disappointed. Plus, our high-speed internet and cable service make it perfect for those that need to stay connected, either for school or work. Min renter age is 24

Location! Offering breath taking sunrise views and dolphin sightings. The perfect place for relaxing strolls along the beach, surfing with friends and good old fashioned surf fishing. Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views. We currently don't provide linens/towels. **Please request a linen service when you send your request to book, if needed.**

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.

Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, indoor pool & hot tub are open year round, outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/25/2026 - 10/31/2026. This unit is along the side of the condo with only a small ocean view from the balcony. Free parking for 3 cars. Sheets &towels provided. Drip coffee maker & Keurig available. 1/2 mile to the Wright Brothers Monument. Grocery stores and restaurants all within 1 mile.

There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
