Ground floor sitting room , kitchen dining area, a log burning stove to relax by the fire,use in Winter only. Kitchen - bespoke cabinets, a granite worktop with electric Aga. An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

A detached bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location. Its my home which I rent out when I'm away so lots of home comforts. LIVING SPACE: Living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and patio with seating area. BATHROOM: Walk-in shower. Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. Swallow cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with attention to detail. A feeling of luxury and tranquility.
