Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

If want a quiet and peaceful stay with a scenic view, this is your little paradise Although we have our cabin sprayed for Texas bugs, there is always a chance one may slip in after our deep clean. Also, minutes away from Circle T Arena and Crossfire Grill. For more Hill Country adventures, we are centrally located to other quaint towns like Hico, Cranfills Gap and Dublin. But you may want to just enjoy the peace at Little Cabin.

Sit on the private patio and watch the amazing sunrise & sunset! We do live on the property, but The Rustic Roost is secluded & has a separate driveway straight to the front porch! We are equipped with WIFI & a streaming stick tv. We do live in the country so there are random critters that frequent our property.

An entirely remodeled 1940s house with lots of charm and modern comfort. The "Compass North" , which is one of two units in The Compass, is decorated with a unique travel theme. The space boasts of a comfortable bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room, dining room, a kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, pots, pans and other kitchen essentials, coffee maker, some snacks, washer and dryer, and fast internet connection.
