Cozy place near sand beach Gabine

Beautifull house on the coast.It's only 3min walk near main sand beach Gabine in Kastel Stafilic.You have house with garden,parking,grill and big table outside under tree.House is insaide 120m2.Outside is 300m2 and it is safe big garden for the kids and one way little safe street.In the bio garden are trees of lemon, peach,orange and apriccot There is also parking for 6 cars.Everything insaid is new and something is massive shabby.New bathroms, kitchen, beds...Beach is only 35m with restorant

Apartment Aria have 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony with great sea view. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and in the bathroom you have washing machine. It is fully airconditioned and have Wi-fi also. Private parking place is in front of the building. Distance to the beach is 15 minutes walk. In addition to the rental price there is final cleaning fee of 80 euro, payable in cash at the arrival to the apartment. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.

It is more than 1,700 years old counting from the construction of Diocletian's Palace in AD 305, archaeological research relating to the original founding of the city as the Greek colony of Aspálathos in the 6th century BC, establishes the urban tradition of the area as being several centuries older. Places to visit are Diocletians palace, old center, riva, St. Duje church..etc The Adriatic sea's high water quality.

Vinka House-with a unique view in a quite position

Full renovasted 2022! My place is close to the airport, public transport, nightlife, the city center, and parks (15-20-minutes). You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).
