Cosy apartment in the historic centre of Grado

Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Terasa features: full audio system in living room, brand new air condition system, sleeping room has a low ceiling, but open view to the high stars. Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

Attico sul mare provvisto di 400 m di terrazza, a 50 m dalla spiaggia. L'appartamento consta di due camere da letto, ognuna collegata alla terrazza con un'uscita indipendente, e due bagni. L'appartamento dispone di un ampio soggiorno, entrata, disbrigo e comoda cucina collegata, a sua volta, come tutte le aree della casa, alla terrazza, dove è allestita una comoda area per mangiare vista mare.

Our bright apartment is located in the heart of the old town, near the sea, close to San Giusto castle and piazza dell’Unità d’Italia. It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are sure that you will also love it.

L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia. E' un'ottima base di partenza per visitare la città senza toccare la macchina! Ha una splendida vista panoramica sul mare ed è adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.
