Relax & enjoy the peaceful surroundings of our unique farmhouse situated on 2000ha of land/working farm and surrounded by mountains. Enjoy the many hiking/mountain-biking trails, fishing in the lake, game viewing & the breathtaking sunsets over the lake and mountains. Sit by the crackling open fire in the covered boma and admire the sparkling night sky. *An extra chalet with 4beds, en-suite & kitchenette can be booked on request for an additional R550 per night. Only 2 small dogs are allowed

The Homestead, Walkersons Estate

Welcome to The Homestead@Walkersons The house has an open plan dining area, living area with a fireplace & kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining & family gatherings. The estate (at over 7km2) has mountain springs, forests & waterfalls. There are fantastic walking, cycling & running paths including trail paths on the Wildlife Reserve. The Estate has a runway & Helipad that can be used if arranged. The house is cleaned on Tuesday & Thursdays, other days can be arranged at additional cost.

Hackle Lodge

Two hours from Johannesburg, and one and a half hours from Pretoria, High in the Mpumalanga Mountains. Hackle is quietly situated on a mountain estate that is home to many wild birds and animals. It boasts 4 trout fishing dams. There's a SPA at the hotel. Putt Putt, swimming pool, tennis court, and many more fun things to do. We have about 12 Kms of farm roads before you enter through the big Kloppenheim Hotel estate, which is where we are situated. We have an inverter for load shedding.

This spacious cottage is set on a working farm just outside of Waterval Boven, offering a serene and peaceful retreat for fishing enthusiasts, nature lovers and those who seek relaxation. It boasts a private trout dam and river with stunning views over the mountains. Ideal for bird watchers and star gazers. Featuring a cozy open plan lounge with fireplace that adds coziness during colder days. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Galil Farm, guests can explore the ancient stone circles.

Oak View House

Oak View House is a Self-Catering Home within Walkersons Private Estate, just outside of Dullstroom. It is the best place to relax, recharge and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. Perfect for a family getaway or a weekend away with some friends. Take in the spectacular elevated view of the surroundings of the estate and the stylish interior the house has to offer. Oak View is equipped with Solar Panels so that you can still enjoy the house to its fullest during Loadshedding.

Vlettershof Self-catering Guest Farm

For the discerning guest, Vlettershof Self-catering Guest Farm offers a discrete, private, tranquil and comfortable farm stay. Located a mere 1,2km from Dullstroom on 25ha, Vlettershof offers the best of both worlds. On site activities include angling, canoeing, walks and mushroom foraging (in season). The bird life is prolific, including, if you are lucky, the elusive Red Chested Fluff-tail. Stunning views over the dam at sunrise and sunset. Rest, rejuvenate, restore - you Soul.

Marabou is a cosy two-sleeper cottage, identical to our Royal Wulff cottage, perfect for a fisherman’s adventure or a romantic getaway in the bush. Located near two tranquil dams, the cottage boasts a studio layout that ensures intimacy and comfort. Marabou’s king bed and tidy sitting area are warmed each evening by an indoor fireplace, while the patio opens right onto the African bush and the dam’s distinct ecosystem. This cottage is pet friendly.

Walkersons Estate - Tranquillity, Stunning Views

Want to rest and recharge, then Walkersons is the place! Our guest house arguably has the most beautiful view on the entire estate, overlooking the river, five dams and mountain. The guest house is inside Walkersons Estate on the Dullstroom escarpment. With river streams, paved walkways, mountain biking, trout dams and situated in the mist belt, it is bliss and tranquillity. Brentwood Cottage

Brentwood Cottage is nestled between Watervalboven and Machadodorp. This cabin offers the ultimate peace and quite with a beautiful dam view. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a single bed. Guests can unwind under the covered patio with outdoor seating and a Weber braai. Please note that the road leading up to the farm isn't suitable for cars with low ground clearance (sport cars).
