The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Little Garden Room, London, SE21

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

This is my home in London, but I will be spending significant periods of time out of the city, so am making it available for use when I’m not around. It’s a lovely place, full of natural light and on a quiet street near to Lordship Lane, the main street in East Dulwich. There are two lovely parks a 10 minute walk away - Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye. There are double beds in both of the bedrooms, and the sofa is also a sofa double bed. I provide towels. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
