It was built in 2020, has 2 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining area/kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. It is located in the village of Dunan, 5 miles from Broadford. The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

Guests can walk across the road and down grass to the shore which takes approx 5 minutes. The house has the feel of a traditional croft cottage with all the amenities of the modern day. The nearest village is Broadford which is a 10 minute drive and has a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

The Tin Sheds - Orange Shed - Coastal holiday home

The Tin Sheds offer spacious, modern accommodation with spectacular waterfront views. The homes are a short 20 minute drive from the Skye Bridge and offer a centrally located base from which to explore the island. A supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, plus a pharmacy & fuel station are conveniently located in Broadford village, a 7 minute drive away. Key attractions including Portree, the Old Man of Storr, the Fairy Pools, Talisker Distillery are all approximately 30 - 40 mins away.

The Cottage by the Sea is a rural retreat designed for two people, set in half an acre of mature grounds and with a large area of decking and it's own private beach access. Approximately 20 metres from the beach, this is a self-contained cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. It has shared boiler heating, not independent. The Bay is a stylish 1 bedroom apartment situated metres from the shore on the edge of Broadford Bay. Falasgair is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.
