Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Ferryhill Cottage

Had a revamp in Feb’25 to brighten, freshen and update the cottage. Solar panels fitted in August’25. Close to Omeath on the Irish side of the border, it lies between Newry & Carlingford. A quiet location, lovely ambiance & plenty of outdoor space. A car is a necessity. Great for couples, solo adventurers, walkers, golfers and cyclists or just to disconnect from the chaos. Not set up for child safety. It offers a work from home alternative with very good wifi connectivity supporting video calls

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Stone Wall Cottage

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

A cosy stand alone cottage, beside hosts home, recently renovated to the highest standard. Cottage includes living room with wood stove, kitchen, bedroom and two bathrooms. Convenient parking on site, recently installed fibre WiFi, ideal for relaxation or remote working. Surrounding gardens include a native Irish woodland, orchard, vegetable and fruit garden. Situated a short distance from Omeath village and start of the Omeath Carlingford Greenway. 10 minutes drive to Carlingford and Newry.

Still with its original external features while modernised inside for a relaxing stay. A peaceful retreat away to explore the local countryside, with looping walks located beside Cashel lake and 10 minutes from Camlough lake we’ll know for its local swimming and water sports. It is located 15 minutes from both Newry and Dundalk.

Situated in the heart of the village, by St John's castle, with a view to the harbour and the mountains. Older period cottage in a quiet area of the village, within walking distance of all amenities. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated. providing open plan upstairs living accommodation with wood burning stove, with bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor. Enjoy the kitchen with a great raised deck, with harbour views and stairs leading down to the garden.

Bobby's Cottage Omeath is a beautiful 2 bedroom house, on a quiet lane at the foot of Slieve Foy mountain, only 5min walk to Omeath Village or 10 minute car/taxi journey to the bustling village of Carlingford, with its array of pubs and restaurants. It is set in a beautiful tranquil location with ample car parking. Its a perfect base to enjoy the many walking trails the area has to offer or just kick back and relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

This beautiful property is located in the heart of Knockbirdge Village, Co Louth, a quiet village that offers a range of local amenities including shop, takeaway and traditional pub. While still convenient to Dundalk, Blackrock, Carlingford and Carrickmacross. Only an hour drive will take you to both Dublin and Belfast City (M1 Motorway Junction 16) We have lovingly restored and renovated this cottage over the years to provide a cosy and welcoming home.
