It's an ideal base for Families with Young Children, who can explore the nearby Parks or spot Dolphins from the Beach. A cosy Wood Burning Stove in the lounge and 2 attic rooms which make an ideal den for the small traveller.

We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.

Come and join us in the bright yellow house of Dundee, the energetic exterior colour also continues inside, with some bright wall colours and big windows. The view from one of the rooms overlooks the 'Riverside Nature park' where the astonishing views grasp a true feeling of Scotland. The area is very friendly, its in a newly built up family development. Its very quiet and chilled out area with lots of local amenities. The house is very warm and inviting,the downstairs is open plan with french doors out to a lovely rear garden with hot tub. There is lots of seating outside which catches the sun all day and is a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon.
