Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Situated in the centre of Broughty Ferry, shops, restaurants and bars are right on the doorstep as well as Broughty Ferry Castle and beach. This flat is in a great location if you are heading into Dundee to visit the sites such as the new V&A museum. For the golf enthusiasts, it is only a 15 minute drive to Carnoustie and 30 minutes to St. Andrews. Please note that we only take bookings for 6 adults and 4 children maximum.

It is a popular area with many bars, restaurants, The Queen's Hall and Festival Theatre nearby. You can also enjoy a walk in neighbouring Holyrood Park, taking in the Science Museum and The Scottish Parliament Building which are close by.

Peace, peace, perfect peace, an absolute gem of a place with a big sea view next to Wemyss castle. Two bedroom, rustic flat overlooking the sea. Wood burning stove. Seconds from the beach. Coastal and woodland walks abound. Very quiet village with a lovely cafe, community pub and heritage centre. Due to its quiet nature there is abundant wildlife, seals, seabirds and deer. Lovely spacious (large rooms and high ceilings) apartment in a quiet street 8 minutes walk from the centre of Broughty Ferry. Less than 5 mins from River Tay waterfront, nice walks, pubs, restaurants, beach, castle and other tourist attractions. Dundee 9 min drive or 15 mins on the bus (stop 3 mins walk from door). Period apt. close to City Square

This comfortable second floor, two-bedroom city centre apartment overlooks the Caird Hall in the City Square in Dundee. The apartment is ideally suited for both long and short stays in Dundee. Being in the centre of the city there is a a great choice of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Not suitable for those who cannot manage stairs. The apartment is in a LEZone.
