At Cnoc Sualtach (Knock-salt-ash), we offer a cosy en suite double room with a king-sized bed. Each morning, we serve a hearty breakfast made with local ingredients in our inviting dining room. Guests can unwind in the lounge, read, enjoy music, or sit by the wood burner. Our home is warm, inclusive, and welcoming, with deep respect for people and nature. We’re just a short walk from the village centre, its friendly shop, scenic paths, and the Cateran Trail and nearby beautiful spots to explore.

Nestled in a fishing village in close proximity to other beautiful villages & just off popular coastal path, we & our 2 dogs welcome you to our home. The room is large bright and airy with a spacious en suite shower room. Private entrance via outdoor sitting area with off road parking. The modernly decorated room hosts a double bed & 2 comfortable relaxing chairs to watch TV or just kick back. Light breakfast provided plus tea & coffee making facilities and Prosecco & Beer in the small fridge

Stunning Edinburgh 1820s stables converted room

The Canal Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

St Andrews, charming cottage 5 minutes from centre

We're close to the medieval town and beaches of St Andrews - just 2 miles from the centre, so you can cycle/walk as well as drive. You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

It is also a great base for exploring and adventuring. A breakfast bundle (vegan/GF available) is provided for your first morning. We are passionate about providing an eco-friendly experience for you - organic and locally sourced items wherever possible.

Traditional & relaxed B&B in our family home. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Full breakfast included. For a large party, two other bedrooms may also be available on the same corridor. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Our tennis court, croquet lawn and billiards table is available for the use of guests.

The property dates back to the 1800s and your wing has been modernised in the last five years offering rustic charm with modern amenities. Close to golf clubs including 'Gleneagles', the major roads to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee are easily accessed and Perth is just 7 miles away. There various eateries we can recommend in the local area.

Two bright, airy rooms, one double room with super king bed/2 twin beds and one twin bedded room with shared shower room between. A comfortable sitting room with TV , and dining facilities for those who require breakfast. Central heating, a surrounding garden with outdoor seating and dining and 2 parking spaces. Please note that prices quoted are £140 for two guests in one room, single occupancy £70.
