Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Beautiful view of the city and harbour, and sunrise and sunsets A lovely garden and a deck looking out over the city, which guests are welcome to enjoy We welcome dogs but pre approval is required. Dogs must be toilet trained, well behaved and social. They must have their own bed/crate .they bring their own bedding or crates We have a secure, dog friendly back yard that our dog, Poppy, is happy to share Drive 6min to CBD or 1 min walk to the bus stop A 10min drive to beautiful Larnachs Castle

Private Hideaway by the Sea 🌴🌊

Located at the edge of Westwood Recreation Reserve is our beautiful Scandinavian-style house which has a private bedroom downstairs with an ensuite, a kitchenette and a patio surrounded by native bush. Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive. It is 20 min from Dunedin's airport, 15 min to Dunedin's CBD and a 5 min drive to famous Tunnel beach. All linen and towels provided, private bathroom, free onsite parking, and unlimited wifi.

Nestled in the attractive suburb of Vauxhall & at the gateway to the Otago Peninsula you will find a lovely private retreat. Down a sloping pathway and in the lower level of our home you will have your own entrance with private deck, a stylish bedroom,separate lounge with sofa bed, spacious sunny bathroom and a small kitchenette with all the basic necessities. Peaceful and private with amazing views from bedroom lounge and bathroom! Ideal position to explore the beautiful Otago Peninsula!

Your private suite!

Set in a quiet yet central location your private suite is comfortable, with private bathroom and separate toilet. Just 10 minutes drive to central Dunedin and the Dunedin Airport! We have two rooms available in our guest suite, for a max of four guests. If you have booked just one room, we will not have any other guests staying in the other room. Keen outdoor hosts that will point you in the direction of a fun day out. This is our family home with young kids, noise levels may reflect this.

Great restaurants, a bakery, cafes, supermarket and pharmacy - all within easy walking distance. Close to Mercy Hospital, Forsyth Barr Stadium, University, Moana Pool, Golf Course, Private Schools and fantastic Bush Walks. About 20 minute walk to Octagon.
