The Old King's Head with free parking

The Old King's Head was originally a pub and hotel. It is now a Board Games Cafe with a 3 bedroomed maisonette above. It is a grade II listed Georgian building however, there has always been a pub on this site dating fromTudor times. We have lovingly restored the whole building over the last 5 years from a derelict shell. The interior has a high finish while retaining some original features including medieval timbers in the kitchen.Fantastic south facing views to the sea and RNLI boathouse.

A self contained apartment within our Victorian home. We live in the house but the apartment is private. The apartment is situated at the TOP of the house on the fourth floor. Accommodation includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, separate compact bathroom, kitchen/diner/living room. The property is accessed through the main front door, there is no separate entrance for the apartment but you will have complete privacy during your stay. All the doors have locks.

It has a split level garden with a patio and lawn. It has been thoughtfully fitted out with everything you might need for your stay by the sea. The property is suitable for up to three children maximum. Note that the third bedroom has bunk beds suitable for children.

Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £60 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility.
