It is situated off the Atlantic way, close to Donegal airport and a 7 minute walk to carrickfinn beach.Local pubs,shops and restaurants are within a 3 mile radius. Ideal area for fishing,hill walking,pony trekking and kayaking. Boat trips are available to local islands i.e Arranmore,Tory and Gola. Mount errigal and Glenveagh national park are also close by.

Several beaches are a few minutes drive away and numerous walks around the surrounding area. Dungloe (An Clochan Liath) is only a 6km drive with bars, restaurants and shops.

This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Loughanure in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht. This cosy cottage with lots of character is in the perfect location for exploring Donegal with Errigal mountain, Glenveagh national park, boat trips to the islands of Gola, Tory & Arranmore and the white sandy beaches of Carrickfinn all easily accessible by car. The Crolly Irish Whiskey Distillery is 2 km away where you can go on a tour & tastings. Tours take place on the hour from 11am - 5pm.

Donegal Thatch Cottage

Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.

Dora’s Cottage

Dora’s cottage is located in Malinmore, Glencolumbkille on the spectacular Slieve League Peninsula. The village is surrounded by mountains, lakes, rocky sea cliffs, wildlife and sandy beaches. Dora’s cottage is a short distance from Malinmore pier and has beautiful coastal walks. The cottage has been lovingly restored and in keeping with the charm of an old cottage style. All the modern day comforts of WiFi, Netflix, oil central heating and modern bathroom make for a comfortable stay.

This cosy 2 bedroom thatched cottage is situated in Sheskinarone, just outside the town of Dungloe (2km). It is ideally located for exploring and enjoying Donegal. You will have the entire cottage + ample parking .Sleeps 5 in two bedrooms, has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, and a stove with original stone fireplace. Our hot tub is an added extra for your enjoyment.This requires some effort as it is wood burning & needs to be filled and lit by guest. We do not supply logs .

Ideal location for touring close to glenveagh national park and derryveagh mountains. 25 minutes drive to Gartan outdoor centre where there are lots of activities kayaking ,canoeing etc.Very popular area for fishing and hillwalking.
