House On Cedar Beach

Walk out of the house and walk on to Cedar Beach! Our house is the only one situated directly on a public beach in the City! It is located on the bicycle path, and is two blocks from the Dunkirk Lighthouse, as well as Point Gratiot Park. There are lake views from the living room, kitchen, sun room porch & 2nd floor master bedroom. There are cathedral ceilings on the entire 2nd floor. The sun porch has a seating area for 4, where you can have your morning coffee and gaze onto the beach & water!

Forest Retreat, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake.

Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Head 5 min down the road to Sunset Bay for a vibrant beach experience.

Take it easy at this peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.

Enclosed front porch great for morning coffee, walk out basement has laundry, a flop futon and secure bike storage. Yard overlooks RTPI and has outdoor seating area with firepit. Driveway parking. The home is located just two blocks from the beach, a short drive to the SUNY Fredonia campus and within the Chautauqua wine trail. You will find it is very clean, well maintained, well stocked and provides a private backyard with covered porch. This is a great location for anyone who wishes to visit the campus, enjoy Lake Erie, explore Chautauqua County or coming into town to visit family. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.

Spacious Lake Front House

Our 1890 home is on Lake Erie and is roomy enough for the largest of families, but quiet enough for a romantic getaway for two. No beach access. Nearest beach access is next door at Lake Erie State Park. This is a country home on 3.3 acres of lake front property adjacent to a wooded, 355 acre New York State Park. You may encounter a spider, fly, ant, along with the abundant wildlife!
