Situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this 18th century cottage offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with its own private garden. The Kent coast is easily accessible by car (Deal, Folkestone, Hythe & Dungeness) as is the historic town of Canterbury. The house is perfectly located for a short break from London (15-minute taxi from Ashford International) or a stopover when travelling to or from the Continent with the Eurotunnel and Dover Port within 30 minutes drive.

The South Stable is a unique, recently redecorated stable with a little bit of Morden rustic country living thrown in. A beautiful renovation with wool carpets, handmade kitchen and top-end appliances, its scrumptious dark green bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath and plaster walls. We've furnished the with many modern touches, large original art, pottery, uncovered original beams, oak storage, and a complete underfloor heating system. We look forward to welcoming you. Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

Plantagenet: A Historic Country Cottage with Pool

A delightful and unique country cottage with historical links to the Plantagenet Kings of England! It's tucked away, surrounded by mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor country estate. Plantagenet Cottage is full of character and charm, it's spacious, very private and relaxing . Our heated pool is great in Summer [closed in Winter]. Enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, a nearby Spa, beaches, Canterbury and lots more - or simply just chill out at the cottage !

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Tranquil grade II listed barn next to windmill

Built in the 1630 The Old Granary Barn looks on to one of Kent's last working windmills. It's on the Minnis, where cattle and sheep graze. An idyllic and tranquil spot, 8 miles from the historic city of Canterbury. The Old Granary Barn is only 500m from a great pub and a very friendly, well stocked village shop which has everything you may need during your stay. The windmill is open every Sunday and bank holidays throughout the summer for guided tours and cream teas.

The Calf Shed at Broxhall Farm

Broxhall Farm is a traditional family farm set in some of The Garden of England's finest countryside. We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. There is ample space for car parking outside.

Enjoy the views of the Cathedral as you step out the door, plan a trip to The Marlowe Theatre or go punting along the River Stour, all of which are on the doorstep.
