Unplug and Relax here...Location Location!!! 2BR 1.5 B...you are 2 blocks from the river, included is a 2 acre park ON THE RIVER with place to cook out, volleyball, launch kayaks, paddle boards or tubes. You are close to KP Hole Park where you can rent paddle boards canoes or tubes. Take the golf cart and ride to our home from the river park! Two kayaks and paddle boards incl Super convenient, nice kitchen, new appliances, Washer and dryer on site. Perfect weekend getaway or stay longer!

Located in Rio Vista which has it’s own private gated 3 acre park on the Rainbow River! The park has bathrooms, pavilions, grills and a boat ramp - so BRING YOUR BOAT! Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.

New ABB sneaky fees are in the nightly rate to “simplify” for traveler. Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 getaway on a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature yet minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Outdoor activities: paddling, fishing, swimming, biking, nature watching. Pls note, 10 people 4 car max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. Although not a direct view of Rainbow River, our beautiful private waterfront cove directly adjoins Rainbow River for a memorable vacation.
