Welcome to Villa Madera. Located in Saparevo, our home has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. All rooms have different unique styles and are equipped with private bathrooms. There are a couple of entertainment areas like the music room on the 3rd floor or the pool table lounge on the 1st. There is a private spa zone with a sauna. Our kitchen is fully equipped for short and long-term stays. On the outside, there is a swimming pool, BBQ, and many areas for relaxation and fun.

Mountain Studio Lusi

Relax in the footsteps of Rila mountain, where hot springs and crystal clear air recharge your body and soul. The studio is located on the second floor of an apart-hotel complex, which has its own outdoor mineral pool (entrance fee applies), café and restaurant. The place is ideal for two or three persons and with its interior design offers the feeling of home comfort only minutes away from the centre of Sapareva Banya and 10 km from the Panichishte resort.

Guest-house Simona

Simona Guest House is located in Sapareva Banya and offers a seasonal outdoor small pool and rooms with free WiFi. This 3-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Two of the apartments have a terrace overlooking the mountain.The facilities are complemented by barbecue . Near by Guest House Simona there are conditions for a variety of activities, including hiking in the Seven Rila Lakes and visiting Rila Monastery.
