Comfy and cozy with dishwasher/refrigerator/gas range/ queen bed/bathtub/shower/satellite tv/wifi/patio/ 9 blocks from downtown. Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger Available

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Etta Lane Farm

Etta Lane Farm is a 1922 restored farm house located on a country road parallel to Butte creek, 5 miles south of Chico CA, surrounded by orchards in a quiet country setting. The farmhouse has been completely updated with access to many amenities on the 6 acre property. Including the pictured original "milkhouse" personal vineyard and pergola covered picnic area.
